One of the best little cafes in all of LA! It's a true hidden gem. Tucked away on the first floor of a building on Sawtelle containing mostly offices, LA Prime will provide some of the best sandwiches, smoothies and hot drinks for a decent price and always with a big smile! Their menu is great. I find myself sticking to the same order for weeks on end because it becomes my new favorite immediately upon trying it. You can't go wrong here. The ingredients are always fresh and made to order. The owner, Gio, and cook, Nelson, are two of the most kind and genuine people in the city. They will always greet you with a smile and big hello, remembering your name and order if you're a regular. Really just a wonderful place to grab food if you're in the area.

This place was really great. The seven year old says, "ice cream on waffles, for breakfast!!! Come on. What's better than that!" I thought the egg sandwich was really great too. The proprietor was really great too. Very attentive.

It’s the tiniest little cafe with the best vibes and incredible food. They customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced in LA (think like Trader Joe’s cashiers) and the caprese avacado toast, French toast, breakfast burrito and smoothies are sooooo good. Every time I’m back in LA I have to stop here.

Stumbled in on a whim on my way back from LAX. One of the best and most flavorful breakfast burritos I’ve ever had. The chipotle mayo was phenomenal. So so good

Service was quick and courteous. The food was amazing. Shout out to the breakfast burrito with bacon! Coffee was good also. Reasonably priced for the neighborhood. I will absolutely be coming back.

Might be the best coffee in Sawtelle-Japantown. Dolce Latte half sweetened is fantastic. Wish the breakfast burrito came with proper salsa instead of the mayo aioli stuff. Also, building owners if you can hear me: PLEASE let them bring back the tables and chairs! It’s lost the vibe unfortunately. Come for the fantastic lattes tho , but also waffles , smoothies , and burritos (just bring your own salsa, and hold the pico and aioli).

Vibe 5* Food 5* Service 5* First time trying this place out. The food is all 100% made fresh. You can taste it in every bite you take no matter what you order. Also their lattes are very cool when presented. The seating is outdoor picnic tables and its a dog friendly zone. What stands out the most here is the service. All the staff were very polite and friendly. Special shoutout to Ernesto.
